Camping at The Will
Enjoy our primitive campsites, live music, manicured landscaping as far as the eye can see, a swimming hole, delicious food trucks, and so much more. All in the heart of a serene rural setting, just 5 miles outside of Waco, TX.

A word on parking and camping, @The Will:
There are no electrical, water or waste dumping amenities, and no access to any such amenities on the property. All sites are on well maintained and landscaped grounds, and gravel lots. Event will occur rain or shine. No refunds for weather, site conditions or no-shows.
Primitive Tent Camping Guidelines, Rules & Regulations
Accepting Reservations. There will be no refunds for any reason, including no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures regardless of circumstance. There are no exceptions to this policy including illness, family emergencies, or inclement weather.

Primitive Tent Camping reservations must be made by website, telephone or in-person at The Will Office Headquarters. Cost is per tent camping area. This includes space for one vehicle to park in a designated parking area. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Deposit of $200 to be collected at time of reservation, and will be refunded after clean departure inspection. Absolutely no vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or any other type of motorized or wheeled vessel will be allowed in the camping area. If you have any questions in reference to this rule, please clarify with our staff before booking your reservation.

Tent spaces are approximately 20X20 feet and a maximum of six (6) occupants are permitted, per space. Spaces will be designated on a first come first serve basis, and are color coded and numbered to coordinate to each space. There are no water hookups or electricity, but portable toilets will be provided.

Only traditional tents, not exceeding 300 square feet, that can be secured to the ground, will be allowed in the camping area. Trailer or Vehicle type tents will be allowed in a designated area. Tent camping area is a pack-in and pack-out format. Tent camping parking areas are within close walking distance from the Tent Camping area. No Trailers, Motorhomes, or Oversized Vehicles rated larger than a 3/4 ton pickup truck, or vehicles longer than 16ft or wider than 6ft. Only one standard size vehicle parking permit is included with your reservation. Limited additional vehicle parking permits are available for $25 each per night while supplies last. This additional Parking Lot is within the grounds, but may be several hundred yards from your camp area. No Trailers, Motorhomes, or Oversized Vehicles rated larger than a 3/4 ton pickup truck, or vehicles longer than 16ft or wider than 6ft. Additional parking spaces will be available in limited quantities. Dry camping, sleeping, or boondocking in parking areas is prohibited.

No tents are allowed at RV sites. All tent camping must be in the designated tent camping area on The Will property. Tent campers must have a tent. Sleeping in vehicles is prohibited. Tent camping is primitive, no water or electricity. Campfires will be permitted in only designated areas. Propane grills permitted. Use of Port A Potty restroom is included with reservation.

2024 Primative Camping Rules

All reservations for occupants, , must Check-In with The Will Headquarters/office during Check-In hours. No after-hours check-ins allowed. All fees are due at booking.

Primitive Tent Camping Day Access. Only Primitive Tent Camping permitted vehicles with an appropriate parking permit will be allowed in designated Primitive Tent Camping parking lots.

DRONES. Drones are prohibited.

PETS. All pets must have good temperament and be kept on a hand-held leash at all times when outside. Pets cannot be left unattended. Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Pets are not allowed inside of The Will facilities. If a pet owner is observed violating the above rules, a warning will be issued. If observed a second time, the owner will be required to leave the park with no refund.

QUIET HOURS in the tent area are 12 A.M. (or after the last band leaves) until 7 A.M. The tents will be in close proximity to each other, please be respectful of your neighbors. Should you wish to remain with like minded night owls, The amphitheatre will be open and available throughout the night.

SPEED LIMIT is 15 MPH throughout The Will property.

TENT CAMPING. No tents are allowed at RV sites. All tent camping must be in the designated tent camping area. Tent campers must have a tent. Sleeping in vehicles is prohibited. Tent camping is primitive, no water or electricity.

CAMPFIRES. Fires and fireworks are not permitted. Only propane grills and burners will be permitted. Campfires in designated areas only.

WATER USAGE. Inflatable pools and hot tubs are not permitted. Campsites must be kept clean and tidy at all times. No soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing or trading allowed in the park. Sale of drugs and alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

SMOKING. Designated smoking areas will be provided. Please do not smoke in non-smoking areas.

SWIMMING. The Will Property is in close proximity to two ponds that may be used to swim in. Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Any child 12 years of age or under must wear a coast guard approved life vest when entering the water. NO EXCEPTIONS. Swim Hours from dawn to dusk.

ALCOHOL. On this facility, The Arena, The Vault, & The Amphitheatre is a private club that serves alcoholic beverages. As such, no alcohol may be taken into or out of this area. Alcohol may be purchaed inside this area, however. You MAY bring your own alcoholic beverages into the RV or camp sites.

Help maintain clean and tidy grounds by not littering. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner. Do not put food outside for wild animals. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.
Additional Vehicles for Tent Camping Reservations: Your Tent Camping Reservation includes one space in the designated tent camping parking area. If you need to park an additional vehicle anytime during the dates of May 24th, 2024, to May 28th, 2024, you will need to purchase an additional parking space. The fee for an additional space is $25. The parking space will be in a designated overflow area inside The Will Properties grounds. This additional Parking Lot is within the grounds, but may be several hundred yards from your camp area. Additional parking spaces will be available.

Every space will be checked periodically by management, for compliance with these rules.

No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, or display/discharge a firearm or other weapon.

Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys The WILL property or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace.

The Will and its employees or officers assume no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of park facilities or caused by others while on the premises.

Park rules and policies are subject to change at any time by management.

Any guest found in violation of the rules may be asked to vacate the park, without refund.
LIABILITY: The Will Properties and its staff will not be responsible for loss or damage to camping tenant’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, any other casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or nature. The camping tenants expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.

INDEMNIFICATION: Camping tenants indemnify and hold harmless The Will Properties, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of tenant’s exercise of his rights hereunder, except as may be caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of The Will Properties or its officers and /or employees.
